Anabolic steroids abuse
Steroid abuse is simply people taking anabolic steroids
who really don't need them. Anabolic steroids are intended for people
with health related problems, and not athletes looking to gain muscle
mass. Steroid abuse is most often seen in bodyuilders.
Steroid abuse is also seen in regular people. People that
are disappointed with their body, will abuse steroids to shed unwanted
fat, or put on some weight.
What are signs of steroid abuse?
Symptoms of steroid abuse in males are the following:
* Quick and large muscle gains.
* Agressive behavior and violent temper.
* Severe acne on shoulders, neck, and face.
* Premature balding.
* Abnormal breat development.
Symptoms of steroid abuse in females are "man
like" features, such as:
* Deeper voice.
* Increase in body hair.
* Development of the jaw.
* Smaller breasts.
* Fewer menstrual cycles.
