Hi, my name is Tony. I am 34 years old and have been training since high school, where I began playing football. I continued training and playing ball while attending San Jose State. I majored in Nutritional Science with a focus on nutrition for physical performance. After graduating, I focused on improving myself with training and competing in body building shows.
