In April, I was born in a small hillside town known as Lynchburg, Virginia. In the early 80s my family relocated to Dallas, Texas where I was raised. I attended school in the Richardson School District of Dallas. My competitive nature showed early in my life. In sixth grade at elementary school, track became my sport of interest. Every race I was in, I won. I ran all through junior high. When I attended Lake Highland’s High School, I made the varsity track team as a freshman. I was the first to achieve that fact as Lake Highland’s. Being the only freshman on the team made me strive to excel. I won a number of events and have four letterman jackets for my hard work. Running track always kept me interested in staying physically fit. K I work out 6 days a week for two hour time periods. Cardio and weight training are part of my routine. Diet is also important. Proper balance of fruit, vegetable and protein keep me in outstand shape. I mentor individuals to help them lose weight and stay fit.
Being an Account Executive for a large mortgage firm keeps me busy but I keep my fitness as an important part of my daily routine. I instill the same urge for fitness in my daughter who is also active in fitness and gymnastics. Staying early with my daughter will make her continue to be fit and this will be routine for her also. A part to the key to success is keeping your mind, body and soul fit.
