I was born and I live in Switzerland. 12 jears ago I trained Track and field events and because of often workout I had a good shape at that time.
Than I made 10 years pause because of buisness and studies. I reached Body fat index 37% and 116 kg and big problems with my health so I was very unhappy with my life. My doctor advised workout for my fitness and health and I started with diet. since that time I've been training for about 2 years and 1 month. Normally I train 7 times a week - 3 times fitness workout and 4 times cardiovascular training combined with biking, skating, swimming and a diet.
Last year I started to work as model and actor in TV shows in Germany, catalog prints and many different things. My life has change 100% and my living qualities go up. I met many nice people all around the world.
Workout and fitness is the best way for my good shape body and for a good body feeling. I'm very happy when I can help other people so they can achieve their goals and a good inside feeling.
