I have been involved with fitness and nutrition for several
years now. I became pregnant at a young 16 years old and shortly after
developed a keen interest in the gym!! Now at 31 I am trying to leave
my mark. I own and operate my own sport nutrition pro shop inside a
fitness club where I can help others achieve their fitness goals through
supplements. I am a Lifestyle Nutrition & Wellness counselor, a

I had a goal to loose weight before my October 2003 wedding.
I had been reading about Jen Hendershott in the magazines. I e-mailed
her for a personal training session. She e-mailed me back & I trained
with her for 2 days. I realized it’s hard to read something in a magazine
and try to do it correctly. I had learned more from her, than I had
in 5 years of reading magazines. I left motivated, with a new diet and
training session in hand.
On my wedding day, I was 35 pounds lighter than when I
first met Jen. Jen talked to me about hosting a Cincinnati Phat Camp,
and co-hosting the Arnold Classic Fashion Show. By March of 2004 I had
hosted those events & competed in 3 Figure competitions. I then

After my first year of training I
did my first show in 1988 and was immediately addicted even after taking
only 4th place. I was small, only 110lbs. Next year I won the Montreal
'89 Championship at 114lbs..
I kept improving until 1995, and
won many other shows. I was on my way to finally to make my ultimate
dream a reality, competing in the Miss O. But an accident stopped me
from competing. in the 1997, it could have been fatal. Doctors could
not believe how fast I was recuperating and that I actually survived.
After nine (9) surgeries I am bigger and harder than ever.
I was told that I had amazing potential
in competition I chose not to compete because I could not deal with
an un-symmetrical body, due to the surgery I felt that would prevent
me for winning. For me it was a great loss that was difficult to accept...

Leiticia was musically trained by Joanne Jaffa, a
record producer and manager who used to tour with Jim Tucker of The
Turtles as well as The Crossfires. She began playing classical piano
at age 3, and at age 11, she began classical violin, Irish music, fiddling,
and theory appreciation at Joanne's School of Music. Leiticia began
to compete professionally when she was 12 at Music in the Mountains
Scholarship Competition in California, and she began teaching classical
piano and violin when she was 16 years old, supervised by Joanne Jaffa.
In 1994 Leiticia was asked to join the band CJA, who's members include
Joanne Jaffa and Christine Adkins, another classical musician in Arizona.
Leiticia toured throughout California, and eventually parts of Arizona.
CJA has been recognized as one of Arizona's best pop bands and currently
