Female Fitness Models - Aeryon Bela Ashlie
My name is Aeryon Bela Ashlie I am a Personal Trainer,
Fitness Model, and Figure Competitor. I have been in sports my whole
life as my father is a bodybuilder and my mother was a figure skating
coach. I started competing two years ago and developed a passion in
seeing how I can change and develop my body. I have been featured in
Oxygen Magezine, had a feature series on the "Naked News"
intitled "Road to FAME" (no I was not naked!), done runway
and print ads, I am a Ben Johnson Collection Model, featured in the
2006 PVL Calendar, been on various posters and have been a Sunshine
Girl several times.
My goals this year is to continue promoting myself trying
to get into more magazine's, do more print work and also continue competing.
I am currently sponsered by PVL which is the proud creator of Whey Gourmet
which the best tasting Whey Protein Powder with 16 flavors it is a treat
I enjoy daily. When training for a show I tend to eat complex carbs
the first 3 meals then fiberous carbs the rest of the day along with
my shakes.
As for the workout a couple month's prior to a show I
tend to train 2-3 hrs a day cardio twice a day and then I also train
my bodyparts seperatly .. ie .. Legs .... Chest/Back... Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps..but
I also switch things every couple weeks..so I might do Legs/Shoulders..Chest/Triceps...Back/Biceps..or
Upper and Lower Body. One day heavy the next more plyometric. The same
goes for cardio I always do a different cardio everyday..ie running..eliptical..skipping..spinning...bike..stairs..changing
things everyday gets me the best results. Changing things up constintly
keeps my body reacting to the demands I give it and thus gives me the
best results.
I am blessed with a wonderful, supportive family and friends
who are always there for me to lean on. I have a little Yorkie "Arthur"
who has been my constant companion and and truly the cutest dog out
there. I love training my clients and they are a source of great pride
and joy, watching them achieve their goals gives me the motivation and
passion for my career. I also enjoy writing music, playing the gutair,
rollerblading and enjoying a great vodka/soda when I am not training.
